    Hola, una recopilacion que encontre en la mula The Music Of Islam son 15 discos, repasa la musica islamica desde Al Andalus hasta Indonesia pasando por Marruecos Tunez hasta Iran o Paquistan es muy interesante para introducirse en esta musica.

    Para personas inquietas que les gusta descubrir otros estilos musicales.

Although governed by strict rules for fourteen centuries, contact with other cultures has radically affected Islamic music throughout history. The Music of Islam is the result of a vision going back over a decade to Michelle Zackheim's visual art project The Tent of Meeting (see Harmonic Meetings 14013) which inspired Eckart Rahn to record 200 musicians in 9 countries on 3 continents over 10 years; the finished project can surely be regarded as recorded music history.

New Zealander David Parsons, an accomplished musician and acclaimed producer and Prof. Margaret Kartomi of Australia, the leading expert of Indonesia's music cultures, have captured the very essence of each area; the people, culture and music.

The musicians and reciters recorded in the series are masters of their chosen art, regionally and worldwide, with numerous years of intense study (or a lifetime devotion to studying) from a long lineage of great composers, reciters, mystics and spiritual leaders. Each is truly a divine gift, not only to their respective cultural history, but to the world at large.

While all volumes feature commonly played Arabic instruments, some volumes include instruments specific to their musical heritage.

Lo vamos a dejar porque es curioso y porque al fin y al cabo, los musulmanes están sufriendo el hostigamiento neocon, y aunque se equivoquen al pensar que Alá les recompensará las putadas de la tierra, nadie se merece tener a los halcones republicanos en su punto de mira.

Pero skunkhh... no más música religiosa. ¿Que será lo próximo? ¿Cantos gregorianos? ¿el disco del Papa?

Una y no más, y lo digo en serio.

¿No? No importa como interpreten los músicos musulmanes de los diferentes países o ramas del Islam, están contando la misma falsa historia.

Y no es que no importe, tiene su valor cultural, sociológico, antropológico, lo que quieras... pero vamos, que para sagrado Frank Zappa :D

A ver, cojones, que hay canciones de amor y tal y cual, que no es todo música religiosa. Mírate el link original y visita, sin ir más lejos, los datos del primer disco, ves los títulos y luego comentas.

Yo lo que leo son las 20 hours of diversely rich Islamic music, ¿que hay de amor y tal? pues muy bien, quizá para tí sea suficiente.

No quiero quedar como el intransigente, me parece bien que se haga y que la gente lo descargue y lo escuche, es música al fin y al cabo, se disfruta de mil maneras. Y del Islam últimamente sólo oímos que quieren destruir occidente porque así lo exige el Corán y otras falacias. Enmierde hipócrita y gratuito del evangelismo neocón.

Pero se puede invitar al tema de cine clasico donde se siguen posteando nuevos discos relacionados y dejar este foro para músicas que si mientan a la religión es para denigrarla y destruirla.
