Sinopsis:

Visita Panamá. Por un dólar podrás comprar un gramo de cocaína, una dosis de crack y hasta probar “El Pegón”, la nueva sustancia tóxica -mezcla de marihuana con ácido de batería, diesel, gasolina y otros componentes químicos- que invade las calles de la ciudad. Diez años después de la llamada operación “causa justa”, toneladas de armas se encuentran distribuidas entre la población civil de Panamá. Desde entonces existen enfrentamientos entre bandas juveniles armadas por el control del tráfico de armas y estupefacientes. Enfrentamientos que son cada vez más frecuentes y más sangrientos.

Este documental se divide en tres capítulos.
En el primero la banda sonora del rapero Latin Fresh ilustra la violencia diaria de la vida en los ghettos.
El segundo episodio se centra en Fat, un funcionario que recorre las calles recolectando cadáveres.
Por último conoceremos a Lolo, líder de los Krazy Killa. Presenciaremos desde adentro como opera una de las bandas más peligrosas, asediada por la policía y en plena guerra para mantener su supremacía.
